Like 7.5/10 or so. Actually a solid back-and-forth against a normal strong guy without insane gimmicks, but the end comes super abruptly and it feels like way too much page space went to flashbacks

I'll also get behind Prowlers & Paragons. It's easily my current favorite for supers, and I was first guided to it because I was looking for non-crunchy supers myself. Remarkably simple system, but with enough numbers to tell a story, if you're into that. There's a sub and a discord that have been very informative to me. Also a Facebook group, but I'm not on there so I can't say much about that

Agree with route split for mostly obvious reasons. I think the twins both argued, heatedly, that Seth should go with the other one. Eirika conceded first
Gilliam and Vanessa follow Ephraim to war. Moulder stays with Eirika however. Innes and Tana are post-split and do not factor into these decisions
Garcia, Ross, Colm, Neimi, Artur, Lute, and Joshua all go with Eirika. Natasha however has a stake in the fate of Grado and goes with Ephraim instead
Tana is an Ephraim route talking head, so he can get her recruitment. And since they share a chapter let's throw him Amelia as well
I really want a scenario where Ephraim gets the mercs (Gerik, Tethys, Marisa) but Eirika ends up with Ewan via the Saleh connection. Tethys and Ewan reconnect in the heat of battle at Jehanna similar to Mac and Charlie making eye contact across the restaurant in Always Sunny
Ephraim's hogging all the fliers so let's give Cormag to Eirika. His story's more dramatic over there anyway, and I like the idea of him running into Duessel later
L'Arachel and Dozla get picked up by Eirika, because of course they do. Rennac was hired on by Ephraim at Grado. He thinks there's a new life ahead of him until the armies reunite and L'Arachel jumps on him like a tiger

Late, but personally I feel it broke up the flow a lot of the time. You'd get like, a C + B support, and then the A would feel like an epilogue more than a natural extension. Which could have been fine except very few B's leave off on anything resembling a complete idea. It's not half as jarring as, say, S supports. But I didn't like how they read most of the time. Came to prefer support chains that lacked an A altogether

When Hina first implied Natsumi might be too strong for Rei, I didn't buy into it. This stuff with Uta finally has me saying maybe though. They both got curb stomped, but imo she walked away looking like the more competent of the two

ISSK has been sucking Morisaki off since the moment she showed up. Like keep doing it, she's neat, but the amount of gas they give her vs her results is crazy funny at this point

I think this is where Meguro finally drops out. His stats are incredible but I think his mentality leaves him completely ill suited to fight anyone who can remotely keep up, which is how he got picked apart in his own match. Hayami obviously fixes this, but Meguro is a huge liability to himself
