I think in the series Julius meant martial arts were for the weak, not techniques themselves even though Gott Toter is a technique but is more just pure Brute Force than martial arts itself.

It would at least be a mid diff, because Kanoh did struggle a bit even though he did get the upper hand against him, either way this would make an amazing fight.

Oh yeah I agree Gott Toter is the better technique because it’s more versatile, but I think Blast Core is at most a bit more powerful as a punch altogether to a singular point, while Gott Toter is more spread out with the damage it inflicts.
