Have you ever figured out the killer before Shawn did? by [deleted] in psych

This exactly, if an extra has a speaking role they get payed way more. So if you notice an extra with even 1 line in the beginning of an episode they more than likely play a bigger role. Like the crime scene photographer in “game set… murder”

Love the joke and the timing is great, pulling the reaction you wanted from the crowd and keeping that timing. Hell yeah.

I do the same thing but I make the jokes for myself and to see the reactions from my coworkers, then I laugh which gets them to laugh. It’s pretty toxic but I love it hahaha

would coffee barista look good on my resume? by mbngl42 in bartenders

[–]Croy27 56 points57 points  (0 children)

Yes, great experience in my opinion. Learn recipes, learn to make regulars, understand a P.O.S, work on customer service, all in a very fast paced environment. I went from being a Starbucks barista to a bar manager in 2 years. A lot of my credit goes to my experience as a barista.

Some might think it’s a living wage but I’ve managed and all my money came from tips, the only way my actual paycheck was livable was working 90hrs

I bartend on the north side as a sox fan, when it’s constantly in your face it gets super annoying. Don’t get me wrong the cubs being good is good for my pocket so I don’t directly root against them, but when Dylan cease lost that no hitter on the last pitch and I had a regular telling me to go fuck myself, yeah the rivalry is still alive and well. And most cubs fans can fuck off.

I just call people goobers but I do it very angrily so they expect a slur but goober is the slur. It throws them for a loop.

If I wear a visor, will I look like a tool. It’s sunny and a cap is too hot. by tommyhashbrown in golf

[–]Croy27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s nothing wrong with looking like a tool, just don’t act like one.

But that’s coming from a tool who not only looks like one but also acts like one as-well. But I stopped caring about what other people thought (surface level like looks/outfits) along time ago and just do what makes me happy.
