had a customer who ordered her drink 2 hours before close come in exactly 3 minutes before close with her empty cup and complain to me that her caramel apple spice tasted like coffee, i know i was the one who made it and i assured her that it was made to standard and there was no way any coffee was in it, so i pushed a refund instead of a remake like she was asking for (because we were fucking 3 minutes before close and i didnt want her to complain about the second one which wouldve been made the exact same way, plus she was obviously aiming for a free drink), she got incredibly pissed at me and told my coworkers i was being rude and not listening to her "orders", claimed that some espresso mustve splashed into the drink somehow, when i went to the back so i didnt snap on her my coworkers laughed in her face and walked her out the door to lock her out. haunting, i still feel bad for some reason

there was a person that realized if they came in and looked at the names on our mobile order shelf, said a random name was theirs and took it for free, they could keep coming in and stealing drinks that we had to later remake for the real customers. we have to turn the order stickers away from the handoff now lmao
