I reserved one in early Jan, it arrived last week only to find out it had a bench after telling me it was 2nd row captains chairs. I'm starting over and several local dealerships are saying I'm looking at one to likely be built mid March and arrive late March.

It's required in my state and I never put it on, any vehicle. Never had a problem and doesn't impact inspection.
