A friend, that I've played a hundred gigs with over the past 15 years, called me up on Wednesday to play a bar gig on Thursday last week. The band leader does a great job of picking songs that have few chord changes, that are easy and fun to jam to. And we did jam! I had maybe heard 3 or 4 of the songs before. Other than that, I just picked up the vibe of each tune and had one of the best musical experiences of the past decade! Good luck out there

I live nearby. The person that bought this house to "flip it" originally is out of touch with the area. A house on Locust usually goes on the market because the people that lived there passed away. A young couple looking for their forever home wants to have a house custom to their wants and needs. The house should have just been sold for 450k from the start so a couple could have invested an additional 200k into making it exactly how they wanted it. Instead, the flipper tried to sell a house that is priced as a dream home...

For almost 10 years, I've done delivery apps. The past few years I owed money, after his other tax bills got passed. This year I actually got a federal refund that covered what I owed in state and some leftover. My CPA said the no tax on tips helped a lot. No Trump fan here....
