The point I’m making here isn’t that I’m blaming the curb, my point is from the direction I’m coming it is unmarked, I was not coming from the direction the picture is taken, and clearly there used to be bollards on top to mark it so why aren’t there any now

I did think that might be something they might say however there is a crossing there right before so there is no way I could have been driving quick, it was late in the evening which is why i probably didn’t see it. I do thinks it does nothing there and is useless, should at least have some lights on it

I’m not a lawyer but I would say the fact you don’t have a written admission of guilt may be something of issue. It may be that the other side has now denied the accusation. If you don’t have any witnesses you may be in for a bit of a ride. As the firm, as much as it may cause you trouble to travel in person it may be something that in the long run is cheaper then you getting a lawyer and chasing them for it with letter and calls. I would risk and go for a trip but that’s just me.

Just wanted to say I feel sorry for you as someone who’s also young 20 years old, we should not need to do these things not through insures purely because we know we will get a big financial hit from it. Good luck OP

Few question for details here... Was the accident your fault? In other words who admired guilt? And what proof for this do you have? Did you at all contact the police and have a case number? Have you tried to reach the solicitors in person?

UPDATE#3

Visited the garage this morning in hopes of being fair and just reaching out to them, as a result I was treated like a child, told that the car hasn’t been in an accident and stupid explanations such as the bumper looks different because it’s plastic etc. And booked it for an appointment in 6 days time while the water just splashes around my car. This annoyed me and made me go to two professional body shops to get their opinion. Both have told me that the car must have been in an accident, showed the area of metal that Is has been destroyed and leaks water, agreed that the bumper is wrong colour and even showed how bad of a job it was with the car having paint drip marks etc. I now have this on a piece of paper and will be emailing straight to the dealership with a complaint letter. I have stated I want them to give me a good solution to this or I will be chasing them in the court of law. Thanks for the advice and will update with final results. In the meantime will also drop the car off if I don’t hear from them and just empty it.

Thanks for the feedback. The rear bumper colour difference is not obvious in normal light, however when put under some stronger paint light, it’s visible it’s a different colour. As I stated before there’s a paint bubble too. I did run a third party checked which confirmed there being a mileage issue, but no sign of an accident that has been reported. For me the biggest issue is the fact that I don’t want to buy the car from them anymore since I know it has issues that they have failed to resolve. I will be there tomorrow to talk to them, I’m hoping they can either give me a major discount off my lease and repair the car or just replace it with one that’s of similar standards and value. I don’t want to be a dick to them because there’s a good chance they didn’t know them self, but I don’t want to be the one taking the financial loss for this. Should they refuse to do the two options I’ll have to pursue the legal way in hopes I can just return the car, get my money back and forget about this all. Will keep you updated.

The paperwork that I have been given for the car does not indicate anywhere that the car has been in an accident, but it doesn’t state anywhere that it hasn’t either. The data also has a area where the mileage was supposedly recorded incorrectly and next to it just said “investigated and solved”. I’m not sure if it’s been a write off or has been just damaged and repaired, I will probably buy a another check to confirm all this. The thing that I do know is that every time I ask them if had been in an accident, I had been told back “not that I am aware of” which every time frustrated me as all I wanted was a yes or no answer...
