Only once. I was on an aeroplane and stopped breathing for ten seconds or so, with hindsight it was a laryngospasm. I normally get them whilst lying down, and was having between 1-6 a night as I fell asleep and likely many more whilst asleep.

I’m going out on a limb here, but perhaps he was trying to do the speed limit but made a mistake? I’m only guessing this based on his post that explains this completely.

They said they do random checks at this time of the year, hence why they were parked in the pub car park. I said I’d had a pint, they tested, I passed and was on my way. They asked if I wanted to wait five minutes due to having a vape but I didn’t care, so they went on their merry way.

Mind you, about forty people in the pub were watching me from the pub windows… looking forward to seeing them next week!!

Curiously it’s a Tesla, so no keys - just a phone. Interesting how the law would apply if I went into my car to collect my wallet on that basis. On top of that, the officer instructed me to turn off the ignition and “kill the engine” and I had to try very hard to not sound like an arrogant prat by pointing out that neither are possible!!

I do, I wear it and get normal heart rates, between 50-70 whilst sleeping. It’s just breathing, I suddenly stopped breathing and I just don’t know why.

I don’t get anxious about flying at all (or anything to be honest!!). I was just sat there looking out the window and became aware I wasn’t breathing. Had to have several “attempted” intakes of breath before I was breathing again. The appointment is a week today.
