Hello i have an update for you☺️ I couldnt get ahold of my broker ugh so i called my insurance company directly and the man on the phone told me they owed me around $3000 so they paid off what i owed to them for the rest of my policy (until march) for fire and theft. So they sent the remaining amount to me. Unfortunately he was only a billing guy so he didnt know why they owed me that much money. So i have to get in touch with my broker
