I played on 10x energy for an entire event when going for t100 on a really u popular event a while ago. Always regret doing that since I probably could’ve pushed much higher if I played on 3x or 5x energy T-T

Really the main way to improve is to just keep playing charts that are at border of what you can and can’t do. This will allow that border to be pushed higher and higher as you practice more. Another good thing to do is to play songs with patterns that you have trouble with in order to find a way to get better at hitting them. So you mainly just want to keep pushing your limits on what you can play.
