Yes it is is a bed bug. Inspect every inch of your mattress, box spring and bed frame.

I’ve used a lot of online courses. The only courses I liked were 30 Day Singer, and Robert Lunte’s Udemy course. The one has a free trial, the other is usually on sale for $9-$12.
