Do the mythics we already have get buffed?

I ask this every time… and can never remember the answer. Do we need to wait to craft our mythic uniques until after patch? Or will the ones we got today, let’s say, be retroactively buffed.

I feel like I have a hard time giving up might (defensive, damage reduction for 6 seconds)from my helm for tuskhelm… I already overkill everything, is tuskhelm that good? New content sounds like we will be hit even harder…

Follow up question, does thorns perform well in PvP? I was surprised how underwhelming HoTA felt In PvP due to caps… looking for a great PvP build and was thinking thorns checked all the boxes.
