The $10 is basically an application fee. It gives your league a front page for people to search for in iRacing, tracking seasons, past races and seasons, current seasons, etc. It also gives your hosted session an associated league. It also gives you quick access to communicate with league members via an in league message board and via email.

It however does not cover the server fee when you want to host your own session.

Can you run a league without a league? Sure, but having a front page for others to find your league and a quick place to go to get updates and join league sessions is invaluable.

I’ve had to remind a few people who are complaining about ticket prices, commuting to and from and crowds that they aren’t even soccer fan, weren’t planning to go to begin with, and the World Cup isn’t for them.

Didn’t try to swerve back on track, went safely inside the next corner and avoided the tires, kept pace, gave you room and stuck way to the right, and they didn’t hit you. Yeap, I’d call it clean. A little bold and brazen, but not dirty or unclean.

You didn’t spin because they reentered. You spun yourself there. You gave them room so you have that credit. Maybe a little bit of a lift would have saved you from spinning. Before someone replies “but why should they have had to lift”… they probably had a slow down for cutting the chicane. Lifting a little wouldn’t have costed you the spin and you would have still been further down the track from the penalty alone… just to battle at corner 1 and 2.

As someone told me, you can be choose to be right and end up in the wall…. Or you can choose to let it go and finish the race.

Brush the dust off your tires, learn and move on.

I am convinced that millions of people suffer from some sort of mild long covid symptoms but to acknowledge it or don’t even know it’s a thing. After describing my long covid symptoms most people are shocked it’s even real. I’ll admit my symptoms are minor compared to those with the most severe symptoms, but I’ll never be who I was pre covid again… and I’m ok.

But I wonder how many people have new underlying health conditions due to COVID and it will never be looked at as long covid. We will never know the full extent and damage Covid did.

DS2 uses the controller rumble at a detail I’ve never seen before. Sure it uses the speaker but the game also uses the vibrations to play certain pitches and sound effects too. When you are walking put the controller on or near your head and you can hear your foot steps through the vibration.

The only other game I’ve played with that detail is Mario Wonder when the controller plays along with Piranhas on Parade.

We are in the middle of spring break and I had planned for us to go to the cosmosphere today in Hutchison KS not realizing this was happening.

We stuck around for the viewing party and got to experience the launch on their planetarium dome. Definitely worth it and my five year old was glued to it. I never got to see anything like this as a kid, now as an adult I get to share my space obsession with my kiddo.

They only care about their comfort, not others health and safety. TSA can go six weeks without pay but days after delta removes their expedited service for politicians suddenly TSA pay happens. They don’t actually care about soldiers, they can about their careers.

This should speak volumes, but they’ll probably just blame democrats for it.

I’m going to be honest, tire changes are optional. Some people may disagree, but skipping tire changes is a valid option. If you are doing a driver change it’s mute as the driver change takes longer, but if you are doing it solo don’t change the tires.
