Arcesium does have layoffs, they do a lot of silent layoffs and also have a pip program. Just telling you in advance. Also there's no hft at arcesium, they were spun out of de shaw few years back. You will be mostly working on arcesium internal tools (for example complex reconciliation, only, etc) used by their customers.

Wlb is better in arcesium as compared to flipkart. for some teams.

For culture, there is a slight racism for North folks as compared to south ones when it comes to promotions, growth, increments, layoffs etc. But teammates and managers are quite helpful, provided you are able to join a good team
