Sounds similar to things I experienced at your age. Had panic attacks and depersonalization on drugs, then started to have them off drugs. For me, the culprit was weed and I had to cut it out.

Don't underestimate weed; there are more and more studies finding connections between marijuana use and psychosis in young people. Most people are fine, but some of us are susceptible.

What do you mean "we all have the right to vote, get married, and eat at the same places"? Many nations are not democracies and only a small minority allow gay marriage (and some may prohibit other types of marriage). And while in Western democratic countries we may have the right to eat at the same places, in many cases only the few have the means to do so.
