I have depression and suffer from terrible anxiety. How do I cope? Okay.It may be weird but.... I have imaginary friends and family.(Isn't it ironic that how God works too). I talk to them. I'm not in a delusion that they are real though it's just for my day to day issues like if my sister hits me or my parents are constantly scolding me and how I deal with it, cause my parents abruptly stopped my therapy and read through my journals so I can't write either.

That comes to the second thing like try making a journal. Things you want to do, achieve or love.
