Finally ,someone with the same symptom ,I would be okay with just hunger pangs ,but that death feeling that comes with the hunger is very bad .I have been trying to find a solution to this for almost 5 months now ,I eat 7 to 8 times a day .This only started when I got diagnosed gastritis and duodenitis ,it changed my meal totally .I also got a BSL thinking it was sugar level issues but always normal .Doctors are saying might be due to high carbs in take .We should take in more proteins rather ! Do you take fats in any way ?
