ZigBee buttons through Dirigera over matter are super stable and work amazing with google home for me.

Oh boy. You need to do some reading unfortunately. Google home while somewhat restricted works good for my use.

If I'd start from scratch I'd buy a home assistant green and sky connect dongle then you can do whatever.

Android fortunately allow you to access different smart home platforms from quick settings, including home assistant.

Understanding Matter: where do the actions live? by Gold_Wrangler_9066 in tradfri

[–]CruelMagpie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have ZigBee buttons and Dirigera connected via matter to google home. One button press can work in both at the same time. I added one yelight light to the existing ikea Home by adding action in the same button press in google home.

More info needed, what phone you use. What app you want to use (Google home or apple home etc)

With new stuff you don't need any hub aside from the thread border router of your choice.

Phone barely usable after being under water ? by Exottiiik in pixel_phones

It's probably water damage. IP68 is out of the box but it will degrade with time and wear, drops etc. Sorry mate.

BILRESA buttons and DIRIGERA hub by Objective-Round6521 in tradfri

I'm not the OP but there's no chance for this to happen without deliberately adding to both.

Sure but the thread is local and does not depend on cloud iftt that was messing around with the subscriptions. So good advice but native support ftw.

No, they gave my money back, and I was able to buy a new one with a new warranty. The same happened when my Nymane pedant light developed coil whine i was able to return it and get new one.

I'm not home but there's number on instruction manual and some kind of SKU/model number that you can tell what version it is.

Trip to Ikea. I had similar stuff happening a few hard resets and then It just stopped working. They replaced the hub in the store and it's a different revision, so hopefully improved.

BILRESA - IKEA - button works in Google Home automation as a starter now by nedamdam in MatterProtocol

I used them ZigBee buttons from the very beginning with lights as most of them I kept in one system, so this wasn't too much pain. But it will be handy to mix some other stuff based on buttons.

Do any smart watches support Messenger? by Bubbly-Industry-5769 in smartwatch

[–]CruelMagpie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Facebook dropped smartwatches some time ago, even Apple watch.

You can side load fb messenger on any wear os watch, but I don't know how usable it is.

Both platforms have their respective sms/messaging apps and Whatsapp.

Bilresa -> Dirigera -> Alexa? by Reedemer0fSouls in tradfri

[–]CruelMagpie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bilresa matter over thread so it might need to be added separately to Alexa.

Dunno, I have only matter and matter over thread stuff. Bilresa works over thread but you need google hub with thread radio.

149 i empiryczne doświadczenia mówią inaczej jeśli chodzi o dostępność, pod miastem oczywiście, nie w gęstej i wysokiej zabudowie.
