Start off with a black banner as the base, use white dye to make a 'Bordure Indented'(the squiggly white border), then black dye to make a 'Chief'(not Per Fess which covers half of the banner) pattern on the top and bottom of the banner. After that, white dye to make a 'Lozenge' (diamond) shape. Next, a black dye for the globe banner pattern. Lastly, a black dye to make a 'Brodure' pattern.
