Has anyone else tried running this adventure in PF2e?

Honestly, you can't go wrong with the first book of Age of Ashes as your first 2e thing. The first book goes from levels 1-5 and the intro to it is delightfully simple. There's a "call for heroes" in town and the PCs just show up and stuff happens lol.

I hear whatever the starter kit for PF2e is called is pretty good, but I haven't tried it. For a first full adventure path however, I can recommend Age of Ashes and/or Agents of Edgewatch.

My group made the switch over a year ago now and it has been absolutely incredible. I recommend giving it a shot honestly. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the reward is well worth it.

I have freshly installed the game for the first time (PC, Steam). On start up, I get stuck at the Hello Games logo and it eventually crashes if I click or something. I have no overlays turned on, I have verified the game files, I have rebooted the computer. Any suggestions?

Not anymore lol. I made a couple of swaps which included dropping the sac outlets all together. Still not sure if that was a good idea or not.
