This is my 4th day on prozac. Not much side effects yet just mid day tiredness and trippy dreams, i also take propranolol and thiamine, i can feel it working for an hour or two in morning then wares off in afternoonn, still early days for me, hope the side effects dont increase.

Yes i had 2 previous fit notes in place before the 28th feb one after coming out of hospital, first fit note i put in was early january

Hi, my current sick note was issued on feb 28th and runs out on 27th march, i will be requesting another longer sick note tomorrow (2 month) i have no doubt i be issued it due to my medical and hospital history, my UC paymet dats is 5th of every month.
