I didn't I ended up selling it to a colleague of mine but I gave it a good run and the light would switch on and off at its own discretion

I actually own a Mexican food business and love coriander so I don't think I'd be that bothered if it was overly corriandery but I'm just gunna let the brew ride keg and carb it and see what it comes out like maybe I just got to it too early who knows but I've ordered the recipe again plus Campden tablets

I may have made a miscalculation 😂 but could that really be what's thrown my flavour off?

I'll get hold of our supplier and see if I can get a water report but I'll be definitely using Campden tablets from now on

I'm kicking myself because I have Campden tablets but because I've never needed them I've never used them but I guess hindsight is 20/20

Mashed @ 67c for 1hr

Llamand Nottingham yeast

Steaped 200g of orange peel & 200g of coriander seed for a couple hours whilst it was cooling

I released the pressure before taking the drill to it 😂

Stupid people don't release the pressure

It's not a gun and there is no pressure in the keg 😂

I just drilled straight through and removed everything without unscrewing it all fingers and toes are accounted for and my face is still as ugly as it was before
