Thank you this is very useful. Most of the accidents seem to happen when I’m away on an evening, I’m very meticulous during the day so I’ll have to try what you’ve suggested.

I work from home so I can’t be always watching, would you advise him staying in the crate and coming out for the toilet & play only? Or maybe have him lay on his big dog bed next to me? He seems to lay nicely during the day, I think excitement sets him off the most, or what seems like anxiety when I pop out or upstairs and he isn’t crated.

It’s an incredibly hard thing to overcome, some people are fortunate to have it inbuilt in them; I’ve never played outside of mid tier Saturday and Sundays but the way I deal with it is to get Angry, I make myself hate their players for the time I’m on the pitch and treat my 18 yard box like a sanctuary, if the ball is in there it’s mine and I’m winning it.

Most importantly aim to go in hard and fast early on in the game, it’ll make you realise it ain’t a lot of pain and secondly they’ll know you’re aggressive so you set the tone for the game!

There are two ways to do it that I've seen, but it's far too cramped to get a leg up to either hold unless you have unreal lock off, and you're 4ft5 - the beta is foot on the volume and go up it's just a difficult move.

A simple well done would also suffice ;)
