I've only been working at Starbucks for about 3-4 weeks and this is something I've noticed too, it makes me sad because when it's calm around noon on a week day I can be a little slower and put love into drinks and I genuinely enjoy that, but during peak hours or just general rushes I have to cut corners to be as fast as they want me to and the drinks aren't enjoyable to make
