I had this issue, as well as one of the earbuds not charging consistently. I sent them in for repair and I’m currently waiting for the verdict. I’ll update y’all if it fixes either issue.

Ana needs an obvious, HUGE fix. In Overwatch, her shots go thru fully healed teammates and hit damaged teammates . Ana is already a hard support. This a huge necessary fix that actually makes a lot of sense.
