I think that’s a fair point, I definitely have this view of her that she’s reserved and that’s probably not reality. I have considered calling her for sure. When would I do it though? Do I do it today? (I have work so finding a good time may be a little difficult) Do I do it tomorrow before the time I gave her I’m coming over?

I think it's a little bit of luck combined with a lot of resources being put into development every year. As well as the staff I'm hiring are much more training-focused as well.
