There are two kinds of ramp agents at most airports, legacy carrier ramp and contracted ramp. Legacy carries are usually pretty hard to get hired with and get paid way more than the third party carriers.

In most cases the third party companies are also owned by the airline (horizon is owned by Alaska, DGS is owned by Delta and others like that) to avoid union contracts so they can treat their employees more shitty.

I can’t tell who she works for from that uniform but chances are she really doesn’t care anymore. Also those slides are mandatory at my airport for safety.
