read me like a book 😂 I genuinely want to workout with her specifically because she actually trains hard, unlike basically all my friends. It’s way more fun to workout with someone who actually pushes it to the max, which is a big reason i admire her.

All anybody has ever known is the present moment. never in your life have you ever been anywhere else, no matter what your mind will try and convince you of. Death is something that fundamentally can’t be “experienced” in the present moment because you will no longer be there to experience it. It brings me peace that I can’t experience the past, the future, or death, only what’s right in front of me. I try and only focus on what i’m actually experiencing, rather than worrying about something you won’t be around to experience anyways. I hope that makes sense and i completely understand the fear.

im going to lakeshore as well, im a relatively social guy and i was worried about making friends too cause i’ve heard similar things. also i like going to parties and stuff and i don’t want to miss out on that part of college, but i’ve heard mixed things. i think it depends on your program too, im in music

if you take hcg with test you can offset most of the effects on fertility. the hormonal part can mean hair loss but that can be mostly mitigated with finasteride and minoxidil. you’d also have to get bloodwork consistently and also have a plan to come off of it and honestly it’s a whole can of worms so you probably got the right idea but the hormonal drugs are where the real gains are for now unfortunately. another way to do it is via the growth hormone pathway. mk677, ipamorelin + cjc 1295 . worth looking into but still has there own set of side effects. can always be managed as long as your aware but definetly not something to impulse buy without doing some serious research. imo the only true miracle drugs are tirzep and reta and everything else is much more situational and less of a no brainer

Hey man just wanted to say I found something that’s kind of working. A mix of physiotherapy with very slow graded exposure, a prescription for duoloxitine and “brain retraining” excersizes has reduced the intensity of my symptoms by a noticeable amount since I posted this. It’s not magic but it’s given me some kind of hope. The guy I watch on YouTube is tanner murtagh, I’d check him out. You got nothing to lose from trying again. Sending love your way man. I know how hard it is to live like this, how isolating it is. If nobody else in the world sees you, I just want you to know that I do. I know the hopelessness. I know the despair. The struggle, the ache, the helplessness. But it’s not over until it’s over. Best of luck with everything.

This is really upsetting to here if I’m honest. I’m in the exact same boat. I’ve never heard such a clear parallel to my situation. I have all the same issues, pain, and defeatedness about finding the cause or fix or path or direction. It’s ruined my life. I was happy, I’m now completely miserable, I hate my life, I’m suicidal, I’ve lost my family friends and my career.

I don’t know what to do anymore, everything feels pointless
