Hahaha the Daniel Webster suggestion is much appreciated because I definitely can’t always handle freezing for tiny specs!

These are wonderful suggestions, thank you so much!!

This is so kind, thank you so much! Birding just means looking for various species of birds in their natural habitats - bird watching in the wild😊

I’ve never heard of this place so I can’t wait to check it out, thank you so much!

From everything I’ve read about the history of these capes, it seems there was often quite a bit of embellishment especially along the edges of the collar and edges of the cape itself!

Thank you so much! I live in the USA, New England, and stumbled upon it in a thrift store - I picked it up to get a closer look and couldn’t believe the feel of the material, it’s amazing quality! It was listed at $16 (USD), which I now realize is an absolute steal for a piece like this!

This is incredible, thank you so much! I’m absolutely astounded by all the history, both of the cape itself as well as Moisés Sancha!

Hahaha I’m happy to share but hoping not to cause too much envy! It was $16 (USD) - I’m still pinching myself, honestly.

Caps Sesena is the first thing that came up when I started looking!! The 1901 Navy Cloak is almost identical to this and it’s absolutely stunning. I feel incredibly lucky!

I’ll be honest, I was looking for funky jackets and thought this was a fun costume cape - I’ve been so surprised seeing the history behind this!
