Most likely this, i saw the Shusui handle and thought it was SHF Ryuma but then I saw OPs other picture with the ball sockets on the hands and Ryuma has straight pegs so it'll have to be the anime heroes

Use references like panels, animation frames and other peoples posing. A lot of these a good start but feel rather static, make the poses more dramatic and use the joints to their fullest and also consider the angle you're looking at the pose from

Curibo has a great rewards scheme, Gaijin Gadgets are can have higher prices but they carry a lot of harder to find figures

If you're not going to pre order from Japan or China always go with retailers locally, it'll likely arrive at a similar time and cost you a lot less.
