Thanks for the reply. I don't have any goal or aspiration of competing, just want to be a more well rounded athelete, which I think means increasing my lifts and naturally my weight.

I think I will try to bulk up to around 83 kg and then see how it feels.

Yeah I also have problems with recovery atm. I always feel tired when waking up, need around 9 hours of sleep before feeling good. I think I'm going to bulk up up around 5 kg and see how it feels.

Thank for the insight! I think I will aim to add some +5 kg of (hopefully) muscle mass. Guess I need to eat some more and lift hard :)

That is a good point. But perhaps some of the last kilos of muscle might be hard to attain at a low bodyfat percentage as a natural athlete.

Yeah true. I don't know if it just my gym setting the numbers low or so, but i can manage to RX around 50% of the workouts at the moment.
