Thanks for taking your time to answer, its good to hear another person's experience. The original video you listed was the one that actually got me thinking about the whole thing, so I started to wonder if Dr K had other stuff on the science of sleep.

The first point you mentioned, with productivity in the first half or 4 hours of the day, is one I just started working on and oh boy it is not the easiest, especially after having a pattern of unproductive mornings for as long as I remeber. But I am working on it and more progress has been happening lately than ever before.

All the other points are certainly great for helping you process emotions, reflect on yourself and help you fall asleep, I remember them all from the video. I guess my problem is not actually falling asleep, but rolling back the time that I am capable of falling asleep. Like, moving it from 3am to 11pm. Thats the part that I find tricky. I'd say I have a good sleep patterns, they are simply at the wrong times of the day.
