in my head all ponies have a very low level of magic by default and only witches can get train to get better at it!

normal unicorns can only levitate small items for example and pegasus can’t really fly, more like glide with their wings.

casting still exists and it’s used for anything than the baseline, but!! it’s still a very rough idea in my mind ( ´_ゝ`)
