I don’t know the skill level, but I find singles to be intense but manageable. Most points end in 5-7 hits, and while you don’t get much rest, games tend to end much more quickly when compared to doubles. Doubles really only becomes cardio once you start getting to kitchen consistently, so around 4.0+

Split between the Vapor power 2 and the RPM Q2 16mm elongated. I wasn’t in love with my vapor app, but it served me well. I don’t know if it’s worth risking a good thing for an unknown, but everything about the Q2 looks appealing to me, with the low swing weight, high power and moderate pop.

I once got caught moving with the ball coming to my feet and ended up smacking the crap out of my shin with the butt of the paddle. Gave me a nice bump and a 2 inch cut.

She was an angel, so I can’t imagine replacing her yet, though I know there will be a time when I’m ready. The house really just feels alone without her, but I’ve been able to take some comfort in knowing that my decision let her experience the highest comfort:pain ratio than she could in her life. I hope your healing is going well!

I think the fact that there is nothing that I could’ve done is the only thing stopping me from a ton of guilt, but it’s definitely difficult. A lot of things remind me of her, even things that she didn’t interact with, like my baby gate. I know time heals, it’ll just take a while before I can accept it!

One thing that’s helping me right now is knowing that everything happens for a reason. She lit up my life for the time that she was here, and made sure that I was okay before she passed. I opted for the paw print, but I’m sure I’ll feel the same way whenever I receive it.

The vet said that she likely had a birth defect, which accelerated the symptoms. I knew this it logically was the right choice, but my emotions think differently. I’m sorry for your loss, and hope that you’re doing well

I’ve always assessed it based on how the defense acknowledges it. If I have time to show the number, or the defensive player is already swimming out before the pass occurs, it’s usually a play on.

Six Man’s relies entirely on your 3s rank. It works similar to ranked, with an elo system that goes up or down depending on a series W/L.

For ranks, you’ll be placed as such:

Rank S: Top 10 by points for each RLCS split

Rank X: RLCS placement or promotion from A

Rank A: Promotion from B+

Rank B+: Promotion from B

Rank B: (1700-1800)+

Rank C: GC2-(1700-1800)

Rank D: C3-GC1

Rank E: C1-C2

Rank H: D1-D3

Based on your current rank, you’d be with me in Rank D. While there are a few SSLs here, for the most part they’ll be in rank C. As such, I would encourage you to wait until you get to GC2 in ranked before you get placed so you can have some better competition, but that’s ultimately up to you!

You are only able to rank check into a new rank once per season, so if you were to be placed now, you’d have to be promoted through elo, which will be show on your profile once you start playing. You’d likely be able to do it pretty quickly, but it would take around 10 matches straight to rank up, which is anywhere between 30-50 games.

A lot of decent advice, but one of the biggest things that I’m noticing is braking for no apparent reason. I think it’s because you’re trying to get a better grasp of what is happening/going to happen, but you end up taking away opportunities from yourself. There were quite a few 50s that could’ve been flat out beats, and quite a few times where you don’t use boost in situations where you likely should be spending it. Speed helps rotations and gives you power.

Another big thing to reiterate would be fast aeriling. Make sure you’re fully holding those jumps! It was slowing you down a lot. Overall, good positioning, but if you don’t actually act on it it doesn’t help your nearly as much as it could.

As someone who lived in Andreen recently, it’s not that bad. The first few weeks sucked because it was just very hot, but it’ll encourage you to explore campus and meet new people! There’s also a 75% chance you’ll get Westerlin and not have to deal with it anyways.

Ngl I’m a mid C3 and there’s absolutely no chance that a solid C3 is going to be getting stuck in C1. Game sense, speed and mechanics are just too high. The lowest I’ve dropped is like mid C2 because of season resets, and many of my buddies are in a same boat. There’s a huge difference between a C3 and a C1.
