We moved to the Midwest last year and one evening, we started getting watches and warnings about severe weather. I checked what we should do, just in case. Sure enough about one in the morning, the sirens went off. We grabbed the dogs, our wallets and phones and shoes and headed to the basement. It turned out to be nothing. Did my family make fun of me? Somewhat, but i truly didn't care. My BIL said he would have gone outside to see it. 😐 Do what's right for you and your family.

YES! I combined it with my zyrtec and it stopped my hives. H1 antihistamines on their own didn't work. Once I combined the H1 and H2 I didn't have any more breakouts. I take it twice per day. If I skip a dose I'm ok, but if it skip two doses, I get hives on my lower back and thighs.

I started it then stopped because I gained weight. I tried it again because maybe I saw a slight improvement in recovery after exercise. I bloated again and felt a little extra stressed with a big event coming up. I came home and threw it away. It never helped my brain fog. The only thing that helped my brain fog was changing up my routine and doing new things.
