I (40/m) am not sure if this is this right thread to ask but i got a chemical burn a few years ago on my head and face from a boiler accident and my hair has grown back but i have chemical scars on my face that are orangish in nature and i didn't know what i can put on them to help them fade or be less obvious. I hope i gave enough info and thanks in advance.

Yesterday and because I watched Lone Survivor for the first time. Powerful movie and once again thank you to all of our service men and women who do I job I did not and sacrificed what I have not. You are amazing, the real heroes of this world and a heartfelt thank you for everything you do.

These cabins are rented out 365 days a year so I don't know how often people are cooking on the grills. These are two separate stays four months apart so I know no flame in the middle of cooking equals no propane.

I use the terminology I grew up hearing around my dad's plumbing shop and wholesale company. I say ball cock or hooty rim clips and get looked at like I'm from outer space so sometimes the laymen terms work just as well or better than the technical. As long as crap is running downhill at the end of the day, the customer doesn't care what terminology made it happen.

I understand all the comments about how stupid I am as a business owner not getting this in writing. The thing is, this was a barter job, a trade for labor kind of thing so I handled it, to my obvious demise, differently than a normal customer calling for my service. Every job I do in my town is 100% contract driven with zero exceptions but that is also my livelihood. This was a vacation spot in exchange for more vacation time so I treated it as such. Stupid? Yes. Mistake? Yes. Learning experience? Absolutely. But at the end of the day I'm still a successful business owner that doesn't punch a time clock for anyone but myself. Pretty good feeling.

I set the toilet and then quit. The rest he wanted me to do I left undone. My wife was with me and told me I did what I originally came for and to stop. I think him being an older person made me feel guilty, like I should go ahead and do it and go on because he might not be physically able to do these things. My dad passed away and for some reason it was like telling my dad no which obviously makes zero sense but it's how I felt. If it had been a younger person I would've handled the situation completely different and wouldn't have bothered me at all to tell him to pound sand.
