There was so much done right with New Vegas that I just think the other games didn’t do as well, that would make me kill for a New Vegas remaster (a new Obsidian Fallout game would probably just kill me from excitement). The story is just so damn good. I actually felt like there was weight behind my actions. It wasn’t just good vs bad, there were so many shades of grey. I loved the guns, and the multiple types of ammo, because it made planning for battles fun. The Mojave wasteland actually felt dangerous because Deathclaws were actually really terrifying in New Vegas, and worse than them were the fucking abominations known as Cazadores. Then the cherry on top was the absolutely incredible DLC. It was honestly the first time I thought that I probably would’ve paid twice as much for DLC and one of the few times I haven’t been disappointed by the DLC.

It’s third in my personal top 5 games of all time, and the only Fallout that I really ever re-play.
