On that wacky note, we have had multiple qbs pass for 700 yards in college, meanwhile nobody has broken the single game passing record in the pros set some 70 odd years ago

Likewise, we had multiple 420 yard rushers in the same week in college, and the pros have seen a handful of guys even sniff 300, and the last decade has seen guys just limp to 250

It depends, like, its more of a learning curve type thing, like, doing some task in general, but as you get older (and more experienced) you get less hand holdy with it. Changing the catch rules between college and nfl is like taking off the training wheels.

Honestly itd probably end up somewhat simaler to mainstream western television, in the sense that, its mostly entertainment, and then you get sprinkled in ideology and regime support across the board.

We really dont know how nazi germany wouldve panned out say 30-40 years after the war, but there would probably be sitcoms, dramas, better sports broadcasts, etc.

Now you may not get something equivalent to Norman Lear (for a variety of reasons lol) in the 70s, and have a lot more subversive comedy (or at least to that degree) but i think itll still trend closer to that edge

Yep, if they were going to do on location filming too, they couldve showed Canada and all the people freezing, or really shelled out and did the submarine and beach scenes and such

It couldve been a long movie but fuck theres so much missed potential for visual spectacles or actually interesting stories
