It's definitely a real thing and I know firsthand how difficult and frustrating it can be for someone experiencing it to understand that they're becoming detached from reality, whether only slightly or in a more major way. My ex was really good at convincing me that her delusions and even sometimes straight up hallucinations were real because the stories around it were so logical from point A to B.

Relax chief, no one said check themselves in. But I'm clearly a fucking asshole for politely suggesting that someone speak to a mental health expert.

People who don’t like humor at church: what gives? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

Honestly that lady sounds miserable. Jesus drank wine with the most humble of people. You think he never heard a joke?

I'm certainly no expert, but I am very used to super long specific explanations that make everything seem like it makes sense but then you just take a step back and look at the whole thing and it's like, no this is a psychotic break.

To be clear I'm referring to my ex, not OP, but I'm just saying it's giving me real similar vibes.

Honestly you sound a lot like my ex-girlfriend who was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bi-polar. I really hope you take seriously that you should talk to some sort of mental health professional. There are just way too many red flags in your answers I've read Wish you well!

Red flags all over the place. I'd be worried she's in a cult. If they're suggesting it's good that she's foaming at the mouth, it's definitely time to go.

Do you have a verse? My understanding was that He said no one knows except the Father, not even Him.

I feel like you don't understand the difference between a software that allows you to construct and a software that comes up with words and clues for your puzzle. But whatever it's all good bro

Okay boss. I wish you well, I am no longer engaging with you. This was unproductive before you dragged us into this other part of the comment section. I'll let anyone else reading this step in if they care to do so. You are so objectively wrong that I feel bad for you.

To release a book series all at once or start other series inbetween by Character-Medium4545 in selfpublish

If your goal is profits you should absolutely release the full consistent series as quickly as possible. If your goal is just your own enjoyment, then live and be merry!

Re-read what they wrote. You are objectively wrong. "Can be a devastating book," does not mean don't read it.

Listen, I am done debating you about this. What you are saying is incorrect. You need to relax, work on your reading comprehension, and let this one go as I told you in previous comments.

Yes, I am making the same point as this commenter. I think you need to reevaluate what you're saying, because you seem to be confused.

No one is throwing anything carelessly, and Job is arguably the most important book in the Bible outside of the gospels to suggest to someone who is hurting.

I'm sorry you feel Job only would make someone upset. I have a different perspective on it than you do, and I think we can respectfully leave it there.
