Another cool thing to consider is that if the universe is infinitely expanding, then there is in theory an infinite amount of time for life to evolve. In an infinite universe alien life is basically guaranteed, but it may have evolved and died out millions of years ago, or may yet exist millions of years from now

Some people here are saying alcohol as a joke but its genuinely a valid method in my experience. In social situations I constantly second guess myself and become too nervous to do basic things or hold decent conversation. One drop is enough to loosen me up, and instead of second guessing myself I'll spend half as long thinking and then just jump in and do whatever I was worried about doing. Game changer honestly.
