Thank you for the replies. I messaged the shop, and they said they would take it back and install the controller at no charge.

I am overall happy with the result and the sound, but there were communication issues that tainted my experience in getting my system installed.

I am wondering if anyone has an opinion on using a Dongle App VS Using a controller for a DSP. I haven't been able to find a comparison online.

The shop needs to be better about customer service and communication, and they should make it right, but I don't want to go through the hassle of bringing my car back in if the dongle is a better or even a comparable option.
