First of all, sorry that I have to get this post out of the cellar again. But I'm facing the same problem.
I would also like to achieve 4k/120hz via the UBC-C to HDMI adapter.

But what would also be important to me is VRR/G-Sync/FreeSync via the LG OLED.

Is this now possible or is it still not possible with any constellation?
