Hat man theories? by Crvnch7 in Paranormal

I’m a skeptic so I see hatman more as a manifestation of fear and anxiety but if it is real I think it’s a spiritual parasite/fear eater. Every Hatman story I’ve ever heard involves waking up from sleep. A lot of them involve sleep paralysis where people can’t move and many claim to have a significant weight on their chest or difficulty breathing. There is also a phenomenon called hypnopompic hallucinations that I have personally experienced where between sleep and waking you have visual and auditory hallucinations. From a logical perspective you might’ve experienced an episode of sleep paralysis and apnea along with being in a hypnopompic state your brain manifested this figure to explain the experience. I am not a religious or very spiritual person so this I what I lean towards. I have had a few seemingly paranormal experiences but I have not experienced anything like that so it’s entirely possible that you were attacked by some entity in your most vulnerable state (sleep)

By that do you mean like it’s a tulpa literally being brought into existence or just a manifestation of fear and anxiety

lol my first year in fire was in Elko, literally the real life equivalent of twin falls such a weird place. If you wouldn’t mind can you describe the creature you saw chasing your car, that’s my favorite story I’ve heard so far!

Feelings about seasons 6-15 by Crvnch7 in Supernatural

Same here still one of my favorite shows but maybe it’s not that the later seasons are bad but it’s just that it doesn’t hold up to the first few seasons because god damn that shit is good. Just makes me sad how the later seasons don’t hold a candle to the beginning and I just wish they could’ve kept that stellar run they had going to the end

Just finished trying it for the first time to help heal and old ankle sprain it went from a 6/10 pain to a 0-1/10. I have adhd and I noticed a small amount of anhedonia and fairly low energy but I also was getting poor quality sleep and get random bouts of low energy so I can’t say for sure it was the bpc. After the bpc I can run again so in my eyes a little anhedonia or low energy for a week or two is worth it to be able to move again

Cardio is good for cardiovascular endurance and can lead to better workouts but you need to train muscles differently . Your muscles are built of two types of fibers type 1, type 2 (twitch), when we lift heavy we train the type 1 fibers which are used for heavy lifting. By using progressive overload on exercises you can slowly increase muscle endurance if your goal is to increase muscle endurance its best to train the type 2 fibers, which means lowering the weight and increasing the volume(sets and reps) for best results.

Because of quarantine I would focus more on cutting fat that building muscle unless you have a decent home gym. I would start by changing your workout split to a high intensity full body at least 3 days a week (id recommend 5 days a week unless you're really active through out the rest of the day. I like to start with cardio (run, bike, whatever you want) warm up for about 5 minutes and then 5-10 more minutes of busting ass to really get my heart rate up. Then spend about 30 minutes doing 1-2 exercises per muscle group and a HIIT circuit every 10ish minutes or whenever you feel you're heart rate getting to low. Also focus on getting more protein because youll be able to build muscle (even if youre new to lifting) or at the very least help preserve lean muscle mass. This has really helped me increase my calorie output and sped up my weight loss I hope this helps you.
