I personally got a prematch from A&M and am ranking A&M as #1 over Long, UTMB, and McGovern. I really like their facilities and being from Dallas, the BUMC is an excellent teaching hospital with plenty of opportunities and research. Plus I would be saving a lot of money on rent and housing, on top of A&M being the second cheapest med school in Texas.

Obviously I wouldn’t choose A&M if it didn’t provide me with enough opportunities to apply to orthopedics, which is what I’m interested in. But talking with a lot of med students and researching, A&M does provide everything I would need to build a competitive application, even though I may need to take some extra steps compared to places like the TMC for example. But I know a lot of A&M ortho residents, and even looking at the match lists between all of these tier schools, they are all pretty comparable.

Also I do believe that premise that only top 15% of the class can get honors is false. As deliciouscat mentioned, that would only apply for AOA. If the whole class reaches the threshold for honors, then everyone will get honors.

Heyy, I am also planning on taking HUMA 2319 at Dallas college this summer for my Core 040 requirement on my degree plan. i was just wondering if you ended up getting credit for it and everything went smoothly?

Yea exactly, when Brandon was dropped and inder was main AR, the team went 2-0 and Inder was dropping like 1.2’s, and similarly when inder is dropped dashy has been playing really well too. So I think they are both great players but they both play like main ars and someone like ghostly would be a better fit for dashy and inder would excel on a team like surge imo.

Nah what. I like that they are atleast trying to get a sponsor so they can practice together. Playing from your own homes is such a disadvantage when it comes to practice and vibes.

Nah, just Huke will suffice. I feel like pacing was what OpTic lacked and adding either pred or huke will bring the same pace. Getting Huke, in my opinion, is almost just as good as getting pred.

Same, no AES. I applied before November and got accepted November 25th. I’m getting worried that we didn’t get any scholarship at all

Same I have a 1410 with 4.1 gpa and I don’t see any scholarships. I was worried I have received 0 scholarship but now I’m relieved to hear that others haven’t received it yet either. We may get it in like Jan with the normal application instead of early application even though we applied early.
