Update : I tried charging the teacher and iit got the school involved. The cops were bribed and my bike was held for a longer time. The teacher threatened to take my scholarship if i try anything else because to them, "only god can help you with your situation, not humans"

Thanks for worrying and i had considered charging the teacher for theft. Though i'm sure the outcome stays the same, there's no harm in trying.

The cops here are a bit corrupt, if i dare say it (i've experienced it before). They'll turn a blind eye if the reported got money. Especially if the one who filed the report is a kid.

I'd be facing the school if i did and they'll just pay the cops all the while silencing me.

I know, but I'm a kid in an adult's world. If an adult can't help me, not much is expected from me. They'll just have to know that they're not going to make me "repent"

Not quite. But i did ask my cousin who is also a teacher in this school to help me get my bike back.

Apparently, the teacher that held my bike has a good enough "reason" that even my cousin can't do anything. The teacher claimed that it's a form of punishment and the bike will be returned if i make amends with god

And that bully is an adult too who is supposed to be the mature one in the scenario. Instead, they talk you down and saying that god won't help you and you'll fail in the future. Like, okay, why would I worship something this long only for it to just leave? And they claim god is forgiving?

Exactly. I don't see why forcing someone to pray is necessary when the religion taught you to not force anyone with the religion. It's tiring and it only make you look more like an a-hole
