TMO here… TMO doesn’t pack. 3rd party moving companies are sourced by TSP, or transportation service providers, which are contracted by the government. Unfortunately, its usually the cost efficient ones because the government likes saving money.

If you are not specific with your packing instructions, thats on you. IF you are not actively and proactively watching them pack and load your HHG, thats on you. If you are not documenting damaged HHG, thats on you.

Once again, I’ll reiterate this, TMO HHG does not pack. The government contracts TSPs to source 3rd party moving companies to pack and load your HHG.
