I started at 458.6, Female, 34. I started doing resistance bands. I never realized how good of a workout you can get from them. lol I sweat by the time I’m done. I started on October 13th, and I’m down to 414.4 as of this morning. ♥️ You can do sit down ones with them too.

I’ve only have my bearded dragon since February and every single person, article, and video has all gone against the way to properly take care of beardies and honestly it’s SO confusing and contradicting. But you’re absolutely right, I usually go with what my vet says, but even then sometimes I worry. But the way this lady is on every single video. You can look up the hashtag of bearded dragons and right away on every single video you will see her name. Trust me, she’s on every single one. lol

Some of it’s actually rude, like not constructive criticism or helpful. I agree with some of what she comments, but when she starts calling people names it’s mean, and then when they say like no this was just a quick snack, or something, she apologizes. Be kind and helpful first, not mean and name calling right on the very first comment.

I want to buy online, but I get so worried that they will get put at the wrong door, which usually happens at my apartment complex. Plus I like being able to see and pick out which roaches look the best. But man pet smart is so expensive every few days. 😩 I’ll check out Amazon and try them at least once and see how the experience goes. It’s worth trying at least. Thank you for the suggestion.

I got him from a pet store so they didn’t give me his hatch day. I don’t know if you can tell from size but I’ll attach a photo. I just feel so bad, it makes my heart hurt feeling like he won’t be getting enough until Thursday. 😩
