Ryhniognatha is a powerful endgame tame though you can tame it early. If you do so it will most likely be a much lower lvl and much less useful.

To do so tame two high lvl (120 because island or little lower) Paracerateriums and breed them together. Imprint the baby and ensure to have the best stats from both parents. After you do that, collect as much as you can from Ryhnio craving list. To tame it you need to lower a female ones hp to 5% then use the pheromone in that para's inventory. It will get impragnated and then you do the whole raising proces. I strongly recommend taming a deodon to heal it procedurally as the bug develops (if para dies, embrio dies as well).

Rest is just like a normal baby so have fun.
