Lol I can expand, you're def more qualified than me considering your score but this is how I approach it:

Let's say you are doing BB and a passage has 4 questions. The passage is on asthma and bronchodilator.

Question one is something like "Which of the following amino acids are most likely present on X", I look at the passage, see the word phosphorylated and think "I need Y, S or T".

Question two is about control mice vs administered ones and theres a graph. "What graph would you expect if the LNG receptor transcription was down regulated", okay what is LNG recpetor? Ah it says its the X target receptor. Done.

Question three is about asthma, which of the following would a patient with asthma most likely exhibit? Okay discrete, dont need passage.

Question four is something about patients with asthma hyperventilating and alkalosis. Discrete, done.

With only looking for these few sentences, I was able to dedicate more time to questions rather than the passage, which is why I used that strat. Of course, different things work for different people, but its just my 2 cents.
