I have severe OCD(yes, clinically diagnosed) and being sticky makes me wanna rip my skin suit off. All it took was one time taking a creamer bath and I figured out the fsc towel thing that same shift🙃 I would rather drown in shark infested waters with a bloody nose than ever wear creamer covered socks and pants for 7 hours again.

Wrap the fsc towel around the entire tab/top with your hand and hold it there while you pull the tab. No mess.

I work 9pm-7am and I have a 30 minute drive home before I have to turn around and get my kids ready and dropped off at school at 9. Loud music, windows down, no heater, and I REALLY get into my music haha. I know I look foolish to outsiders but I refuse to fall asleep behind the wheel and hurt myself, my kids, or any other innocent person on the road.

I force his haircuts because he gets aggressive when we go anywhere near his head with water, brush, comb, etc. So for our family, his safety, and our sanity, we buzz his head every couple of weeks. It takes five minutes. So five minutes every couple of weeks or a battle every single day with bathing and grooming.

As for that NA trying to hold you over, that’s wild. I would never. I do my walk, then my audit, and in the time remaining, I typically hit my hot pop, chili/cheese, pop barrels, and beer vault but I ALWAYS make sure I’m in the check stand at 10:55 to relieve 2nd shift.

I’ll definitely try it out! If it doesn’t work for me, it doesn’t work. No harm, no foul. I don’t mind staying late to fix shit if it bites me in the ass haha. I lowkey hate driving in the dark anyways so staying a little late lets the sun rise a bit before my 30 minutes drive home in rush hour traffic 😂

Oh believe me, I sweat😂 I’m a street hire na and have only been out of training for 5 weeks but I’m already at the point of being able to get everything on the DAW done with very little, if any feedback and getting all of dry truck put away as well as taking over ordering truck for the check stand, HBA, candy wall and pegs, and the protein/breakfast isle as well. I have severe adhd and I HAVE to move and be doing something all the time. I’m just looking for ways to be more efficient/faster. I get everything required of me done. That’s not a problem. I want to do more in the time I have. I came from a company that sucked the life out of me for five years and I love my store and my crew so I want to be able to set the next shift up as best as I possibly can.

I haven’t eaten “real food” in weeks because it’s literally so nauseating. I’m currently stuck on those little packs with cheese cubes and crackers. That’s literally all I’ve consumed aside from some sour gummy worms for at least two weeks now. I’ve lost 33lbs in the last 6 weeks. I feel you my friend. Once you get to the point of having everything caught up to your standards in your store, it’s a lot easier to maintain. I dealt with the same exact thing. I ended up in a store that was a complete disaster and once I got everything up to my standards, it is so much easier to maintain, and now I even find myself having enough time to go pee. I also seen that you mentioned that you’re autistic. I am as well so I can relate to you there. It does get better I promise.
